When was the last time I updated? Ages ago...hehehe....ummmm...I could say I've been very busy these past few weeks. I had to rehearse for Paglilitis ni Mang Serapio which was a big success. People had nice feedbacks regarding the entire play. All of them were enthralled but at the same time confused because there were a lot of symbolisms. Missy made use of the Brechtian technique which aims to involve the audience and make them think not just to empathize. Some say it was creepy particularly the song ...si sol, ang araw...Ang dakilang LSS ng bayan...hehehe...Well, now its over, and believe it or not, I miss it a lot. Now, I have another production to prepare for and this one is entitled Salome. The writer of the play is our very own Joyce Legaspi and I'm supposed to direct it. Actually, I've been dreading this because I'm not really director material...
CHEMISTRY MAGIC
I'm so glad that our class was given the opportunity to launch this in Miriam High School. We have always loved organizing productions and entertaining other people and...not having classes...hehehehe

* Just a week ago, Miss Edulan asked me a favor to represent Miriam in the Oratoricals for the Ecofest. I can't say no, so I reluctantly said yes. I had to submit my speech the next day so that she could edit it coz I only have a week left to prepare. Sudden, huh? Kaya nung thursday, hindi pa talaga ako ready. And when I got there and heard the contestants for English, I was really nervous...Susunod na kami, yung sa Filipino part and I was the third contestant. Mabuti nalang mababait yung katabi ko, kaya nagkwewentuhan nalang kami. Grabe, ang gagaling lahat ng nasa Filipino. Ang ganda lahat nung substance nung speeches nila and their deliveries were excellent. The judge even said that we were all above 90 percent kaya nga hindi na ako umaasa. Tsaka yung speech ko ang ikli, wala pang facts... Pero okay lang sa kin kahit di manalo, at least nakapagcompete na naman ako, so I guess that's enough. You could never have everything. Nung binibigyan na ng recognition yung bawat sumali, nagulat nalang ako na yung isa pala sa mga Filipino contestants ay kasurname ko. Oyales is not very common kaya usually kapag Oyales, relative ko na yon. Ang saya naming dalawa na nag-ingay kami sa gitna ng stage. Pero, siyempre wala naman kaming pakialam even if we look weird in front of the audience. E, masaya kami e. And to top it all off, he was the third placer and I was the first. ITAGUYOD ANG OYALES. Grabe, I never expected to win and meet a relative all at the same time. Grabe, ang saya talaga. At sabi pa ni miss abad, this was the first time na manalo ang miriam sa filipino oratoricals, all the more, first placer. Proud ba? Sorry, I can't help it. Ang hypocrite ko naman kung hindi. Hanggang ngayon nga di pa rin mag-sink in. Yehey, may bago akong pinsan...ang babaw no at ang labo? Sorry, ganyan lang talaga ako...hehehehe

I love no CLASSSSES!!!! Wait lang, ang selfish yata ng dating ko no? Nagkakagulo na nga e masaya pa ko...pero, wala akong magagawa kung masaya ako...(hehehe) Sheesh, I still have a lot of things to do but I'm so lazy nowadays that I can't accomplish anything. I didn't even go to the orientation merely because tinatamad ako! Grabe na yata ang katamaran ko...hehe ( meron kayang medication para sa case ko?)
I watched Lizzie Mcguire the movie yesterday and it was ooookay. I know what you're thinking right now...(Bong, ang Badoy mo) but I have no choice. I'm the chaperone of my little brother and sister. Surprised? Believe it or not, I love taking care of them kasi ang kukulit.

And for the record, my English essay was a complete disaster. I keep on looking around that when Sir said that only 10 minutes were remaining, I was only on the second paragraph...(darn)

JULY 18 (FRIDAY)
Physics
Haay, ruler and protractor galore again dahil sa isang bwisit na quiz na 60 ITEMS (arrgh). What if each one of us has a meterstick instead? Just an idea....to mock Sir BILLardo...hehehe (evil laugh) Imagine, everyday, he only brings his meterstick with no kodigo or whatsoever. Human calculator kasi....

Mood: awkward
galit pa kaya si sir?
We started with a prayer entitled "Subtle Glitter" and then he said that he slept at 12 contemplating on what happened yesterday. He admitted that he overreacted because that was the first time we questioned his teaching methods. He added that every teacher wants what is good for his students and he is doing just that. Now that everything was cleared up, we moved on to discussing The Lottery br Shirley Jackson...
note: I hate graphic organizers...
Math
QUIZ AGAIN! Bakit ba nagiging sadista na ang mga teachers...baka nahahawa na kay Sir _ _ _ _ _ _? (joke lang)
Filipino
Presentations...
1. Mia and Mandy sang the poem...Something about ...'iunat ang kulot'. Shoot, I really do have a bad memory...
2. Bern's group started by posing as statues. (Oli Imapan...isleepinebenly pis..awww)
3. Me, Bern, My, and Andoi acted as extras. Actually we didn't really act. We just put the pictures of F4 in front of our faces...It was a hard work, di ba?...By the way, I got Vic.
* It was a great presentation.
4. I'm not sure if this was Kat's group...Anyway, they showed the conflict between the rich and the poor... (angst ng mga hampaslupa)
5. Genina ang Vigile made use of the 'suportahan ta ka' commercial'
6. Ck's group had a very long poem...but it was good.
7. Our group was Archetypal, and the tile of the poem was 'Ang Buhay sa Mundo' We sang "Kanlungan" (Mcdonald's commercial) and it started to rain dramatically. Ang lakas talaga ng impact ng voice ko sa weather...(hehe)
8-10. ...will present on tuesday.
Calculus
Finally, we reached the 11th Theorem regarding LIMITS. The exercises were not so bad...but medyo boring...(no offense Sir)
Realization: I'm not Calculus material.
Dismissal Time: Blocking again. I was supposed to watch a play in Ateneo for free but I can't go home late because I just commute so I decided to go home early. Aui and I just ate at Max...
Stories: Monday (no classes becoz of parent's assembly)
I woke up at 8 to meet My in Miriam. When I got there, I looked for her but she's nowhere to be found so I just read my HRR "Men Without Women" (Earnest Hemmingway, hindi kita maintindihan...arrgh) while waiting. Then after 10 mins. I was surprised when My was already standing in front of me. Masyado ba akong engrossed sa pagbabasa? Anyway, we both went to Mcdo and found Aurea alone. While waiting for Kriselada to arrive, nakita namin sila Ck, Cox, Tanya (cool hair), Kats, and AC. After some time, Kriselda arived, we immediately left and went to Krame (tama ba spelling). Ang aliw nung place kasi ang daming pictures sa walls. Anyway, Kuya 'I forgot the name' took us to White Cross. Grabe, ang sungit nung babae na nagassist sa amin. She told us "...bakit kailangan social worker pa, e pwede ka naman magserve kahit di ka social worker..." And then we asked if we could already interview the social worker, but she said "...hindi na pwede, umakyat na si Sister.." Bakit ba, ano bang nasa taas at hindi na siya pwedeng bumaba? (Assumption kaya? joke lang) And then she suggested that we call the org tomorrow and get an appointment kahit meron na kaming letter ngayon at nafax na sa kanila earlier...(the nerve) Kaya nga kami nagmeet today kasi this is the only time we were free. So we decided to look for other agencies today. Besides it's still early (1 pm). Kuya 'I forgot the name' drove us to Kriselda's place so we could figure out another plan. We ended up going to Golden Acres, but it was a futile attempt because there were so many requirements. Grabe pagod na kami, we just commuted (as in jeep, umulan pa nga e). BUt we still have hope, so we went to Dela Strada (tama ba spelling?), unfortunately, day off ng staff. Then I joked na siguro, bumaba na si sister ngayon. Then My suggested na bakit hindi sa Miriam? Bingo, nakainterview na rin kami sa wakas at 5:45 pm. Who would have thought that we would end up there? I guess, life is bloody wicked. (Ron's voice/accent)

Wow, finally na update ko na rin! Thanks Mellow ulit for making one...hehehe
Hell, it was thursday again and just like any other, it was very draining. And to top it all off, Sir Fermin got mad at us because of our incessant complaining regarding the damn 15 item quiz! I felt quite sad because it was the first time that Sir got mad and the reason is "us". Yes guys, Sir is really pissed off at us.
Darn...
After classes, we (My, Tanya, April, and Riva) proceeded to the speech room for the rehearsals of "Paglilitis ni Mang Serapio." Grabe, the blocking was so complicated that I kept on committing the same mistakes. Nakakahiya na nga e...
Anyway, bahala na...hehehe
